Children's Sunday Groups
We have three children's Sunday Groups, for different age ranges.
JAM (Jesus and Me) Club is for 3 - 7 year olds, and uses Godly Play stories and activities to learn about God.
Stepping Stones is for 8 - 11 year olds, and uses games, activities and discussion to learn about God, and begin to discover what it means to be a Christian.
Y-Zone is a safe place to ask questions and discuss issues for 11 + year olds, using games, activities and Bible study to explore faith issues.
Please contact us for more information on any of these groups.
Mini Music Group
Mini Music provides a structured environment for pre-school children to explore the wonderful world of music with their carers. The children enjoy learning new songs and rhymes, as well as having fun with well-known tunes. They have the chance to sing silly songs and laugh at 'Lycra Time', discover what singing surprises are hiding in the Magic Bag, and have the opportunity to play instruments and feel the beat in their bodies!
Because of the nature of this group, numbers are limited to allow the children space and adult attention to respond musically. Children get the most out of Mini Music if they can work one to one with a carer or parent - unfortunately it is not possible to cater for more than two children per adult.
There are two sessions starting at 9:30am and 10:30am with refreshments between the two sessions. Tea or coffee and biscuits are provided for adults, and juice and biscuits for the children. Sessions need to be booked in advance. Please ring Alison on 01723 363205 for more information.
Rainbows, Brownies and Guides
Rainbows,Brownies and Guides meet on Wednesday evenings during term time at 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm respectively. Cubs and Scouts meet in the Scout Hut. All these activities are term-time only.
